Here at ENO we are committed to protecting your privacy whilst providing you with a personalised and valuable service.
We do everything we can to keep your information secure and use it only for the purposes you intend.
What will you use my information for?
We will collect some basic information to help you book tickets, order a brochure, sign up to our newsletters or make other general requests or enquiries. These may include your name, address, title, date of birth, telephone number, email address or financial details.
We also ask whether you are happy for ENO or visiting companies that perform at the London Coliseum to contact you about either future ENO or visiting company productions.
If you give us consent we will use your information: to further our charitable aims, including, to invite voluntary participation in research or surveys, to personalise online accounts, to research, analyse and improve our work services for our fundraising activities, products or information or for our internal records; to use IP addresses and monitor website use to identify locations, block disruptive use, record website traffic or personalise information for you; or for administrative purposes.
We will not use your information in these other ways unless you give us permission to do so.

Credit card and bank detail information will not be retained on our web servers but will instead be securely transferred to our payment processing provider for the purpose of collecting and recording payments.
We will do our best to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site before it reaches us, and any transmission is therefore at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Cookies and website use information

We will never sell your data to any third party. We will not share your details with other charities for marketing purposes except where you have agreed to hear from other organisations.
Sometimes, we may need to share your information with a small number of trusted partners (service providers, agents and affiliated companies) for the purposes outlined above. Where we use third parties, we require them to adhere to appropriate controls to protect personal information.
We may use tools or services which process data outside the EEA; in these cases we require suppliers to ensure adequate protection for personal data. Information provided by you may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States of America.
You consent to us sharing your information with our service providers for profiling purposes to enable us to provide marketing to people who may wish to be a supporter of ENO. To withdraw your consent to this profiling, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptionally, we may use tools or services which process data outside the EEA; in these cases we require suppliers to ensure adequate protection for personal data.
Right of access
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a small fee) and to have any inaccuracies in your information corrected. If you wish to do this or to make any enquiries contact email privacy @eno.org . There is a £10 per request fee for the collation and posting of this data.
